the room was modern and super clean. the staff were helpful.
The air conditioning did not function adequately in our room. it was difficult to sleep due to the temperature. also, the noise from nearby bars continued late into the night. It was difficult to get to sleep.

The hotel's location is perfect. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the beautiful garden.. it was an oasis of calm. The courtyard provided a relaxing space.
The room cleanliness could be improved. Some areas were not as clean as expected.

The staff provided clear information about check-in before my arrival. They were available when needed and responded quickly to my questions. Staff were always looking at the details to improve guest experience. Transfer to another room was provided as soon as there was an issue with the original room.

The hotel restaurant offered great coffee daily, for a good start to the morning. The location of my room was slightly farther from the restaurant guests, this provided privacy. It was very pleasant to have the restaurant attached to the hotel.

The hotel included parking right opposite the building, this added much convenience. My room featured both AC and a fan. This kept the temperature pleasant. The room included a comfortable bed with high quality sheets.
